for the EPOC rom code, so the user space can be increased from 20MB to 28MB or
even 36MB with the above upgrades. |
Note: We have been
experiencing problems with some machines when upgrading them to 32MB of user
disk space. There seems to be a restriction within EPOC at the low level that finds
the full 32MB, but certain applications (Contacts, Agenda, Phone,) respond with
“corrupt information”. We are working with the top EPOC developers to find a
workaround to get the increased memory. We will limit the upgrades to 28MB
until the problem is resolved.
IMPORTANT: these upgrades will invalidate your
machine’s waranty with Psion, please consider the implications before sending
us the machine. We do, of course guarantee all our work for 1 year.
